It must be great having plenty of bookers, hopefully you will have some more through advertising smiling smiley.

Ages ago an escort i knew was only taking bookings on her twitter account, but guys kept letting her down. She complained about this and other escorts on twitter told her to demand deposits, made me chuckle.

She sent me a DM and asked me what she should do,i was expecting that.

I told her it is frustrating being let down, but forget all about deposits. She would hardly receive any booking requests, because most guys will not pay the cash up front (me never).I went on to tell her "set up AW account and make sure you do all booking requests on Adultworks booking system".

That way if guys let her down she can confirm the booking and leave negative feedback for guys who waste her time.

She took my advice she set up AW account and does not demand deposits.

The only service providers i am interested in are the ones who trust me and do not rip me off.

Totally respect and not criticising your decision to ask for a deposit. That's obviously up to you. But I have to say when that word is mentioned, I simply move swiftly on. My dentist doesn't ask for a deposit; my accountant doesn't ask for a deposit; the spa in my gym doesn't ask for a deposit, etc. They take the same risk any provider of any service takes with regard to bookings. They accept them at face value and also accept that life is such that a percentage won't show up. So it goes. I'd no more see a dentist/accountant/spa that expected a deposit up front than I would a working girl. Obviously, if the system is proving successful for you then that's great but I can't quite see why any punter would want to follow it if I'm honest.

Yes unfortunately taking people at 'face value' meant that people who were reliable were prevented from seeing me, a few suggested they'd be willing to pay a deposit to book me and I decided to give it a chance and see if it would work. I now wish I'd started it sooner.

Both photographers I use require a deposit, at least one requires entire balance prior to the actual shoot. A couple of restaurants locally charge a deposit, I think one the entire tasting menu fee which is forfeit if you cancel in a certain time period which is I think 1 week.

I have to pay for my yoga classes in advance, unreturnable if cancelled within 12 hours.

It's my choice and that of those who chose to skip by me.

All my choice and I respect the choice of others to move on, or skip by me.

I had a mate,he's dead now.He used to say "i do what i want, when i want" i heard it that many times i am like that now.

Whatever works, suits you the best and what you are comfortable with.

Its up to you what you want to do.

That porno ban on July 15th covers Adultwork i verified my age on my phone network. It will probably cover punting, brothel and agency websites.

Its anything to do with adult porn sex sites to protect children from viewing them,i have no idea what you are supposed to do with wifi.I am not giving my personel details out to a third party.
Re: Issues with AW
June 19, 2019 04:22
It will probably cover porn/sex stuff on twitter,i deactivated my twatter account, not really bothered about it.
Re: Issues with AW
June 20, 2019 10:56
The site had to have a certain proportion of pornographic content, social media probably won't qualify.

It would the porn ones on there anyways but it would be mega difficult to block
So they wont be able to most likely.

Whole thing is stupid anyway
Re: Issues with AW

It would, because it is accessable by children.

Internet providers will be prosecuted if they do not comply with this new law.

I told you last year this governent will be getting tough on porn, prositution etc.

I read last year on a goverment website plans to make prositution ilegal and banning websites that advertise it.

Was mentioned closing down AW and VS.

I would imagine it will cover all punting sites.

Any internet provider can be blocked.

I think its best for punters to keep their fave escorts stored in their mobile phones.

I am not so sure if it is july 15th or just delayed i had to verify my age on AW,it said on the site for members to verify their age because of new porn laws on the 15th.
Re: Issues with AW
June 21, 2019 11:59
I remember back in the early 80s the old VHS tapes did not have age certificates on them and kids were watching The Evil Dead,The Exorcist,The Burning etc. This geezer raped a woman and blamed the film "I Spit On Your Grave",not a horror film its about some guys who rape a woman, the 2 scenes are very graphic. The films Death Wish 1 & 2 (the late great Charles Bronson) came in for a load of stick for the same reason.

That bitch Thatcher brought censorship laws in telling us what we can and cant watch. It was the start of age certificates on VHS tapes, now on DVDs.Many of these films films have had the ban lifted on them.

But you can buy The Devils (Oliver Reed) not for the catholics lol,Mark Of The Devil,Visiting Hours,Bloodfeast,Re-animator off ebay and amazon all uncut on Region 1 discs smiling smiley

A Clockwork Orange was never banned,Stanley Kubrick had it removed from distribution when some nutters turned up at his house, violent people thought the film was made for them lol.

The UK as always been strict on certain things compared to europe.

I read it will be another 6 or so months before porn sites will be blocked to those who dont provide a form of age verification

Its been delayed then.

About 10 years ago this MP Harriet Harmen tried to get punternet closed down, she asked Arnold Schwarzenegger to terminate pnet ( at the time i think he was mayor of California). He wasn't interested.

All it did was gave escorts more publicity and drummed up more business for them. One escort even thanked Harriet Harmen because she was more busier than ever taking bookings lol.
Re: Issues with AW

Escorts sending other escorts e-mails asking them "if they would like to do flatshare because its cheaper for girls",when she says "ok" she has some of her money stolen off her sad smiley

Thievin independent Roms come to mind.

Or their Maid.

Years ago (MANY MANY years ago ) before AW got impossible to use, I remember opening profiles there for every single gigglesgirl (where I was maiding at the time), cos "the website was down", LOL. It was a nightmare, responding to emails from every one of them.

I worked with a Russian girl who, although her English was very fluent even back then, she often asked me to help her respond to a particular punter who liked to text her in very flowery language. Being quite well read, she often managed to respond extremely well herself, but the punter started wanting to pretend he was Odysseus (or someone like that), I had to bone-up in Wikipedia about the fucking Iliad and then try to make something up for her eye popping smiley He was delighted with "her" responses and I had to keep thinking things up all fucking afternoon eye rolling smiley and for years after that she would come to me whenever she needed to be particularly "learned" with him, I'd just head back to Wikipedia ... good god, I should have got a PhD in literature for that lot, LOL

Oooo, sorry Brummie geezer, for wading in during the middle of your impassioned diatribe.

*nice* rant, though, lol

I hope you don't flounce/get banned
Re: Issues with AW

You don't want me to go in a angry manner! I am fucking seething, yet another escort bares a grudge against me for seeing other escorts, for fuck sake. This is the second time I have had this shit on AW with an escort.

AW impossible to use tell me about it,you have to do 25 hours research in 1 day just to do a fucking punt!

Some of these bitches on AW love to receive FBs and FRs, yet they are slow to return them, and that is if they can be bothered to give return feedbacks at all.

I will never use that shit Adultwork site ever again!
