Sig files

I don't know if this qualifies as a S/W bug, but while it is possible to edit sig. files in the Control Center software, they don't appear to be showing beneath our posts.

Could I please check if this is something which could be rectified. Many thanks.

You must not have ticked the "Add my signature to this message" box on the posting form

I've now found it and corrected it.

I was assuming that it being a sig file, it would have gone on automatically once something was entered into it.

We need a like button /\ /\ and some better smilies

and a 'loike' button for brummies

I would prefer signatures somehow differentiated from the message by being under a line or in another colour.

I am already fed up having to read things like 'Hail Satan - Lord of the Goats!' looking like part of the message.

But it's a small point, I realise.

That button has already been asked for but not enacted. Not a big deal to me - and CP doesn't deserve a like for foisting word association/joke topics on what is supposed to be a grown-up forum. (No disrespect to CP: when you've both taken the prettiest, sexiest lady in the country to world's end in the same bed you kinda have a respect for each other, however grudging...)

There will definitely need to be a white knight button for this board. #justsaying
