Performing Oral on Escort - How Safe it is?

I understand there is always a risk of STI's but how risky is performing cunnilingus on Escorts on a scale of 1 to 10? I have seen some articles on using dental dams or condom to perform oral. However i feel awkward to use dental dams.

any tips on how best to enjoy this safely?

I don't think anyone can answer this, also dependent on whether either partner has a STI, for minimum risk you need to only have covered oral and consider not kissing.

The NHS website contains information on STIs, also if you are sexually active a check up at the GUM where you can ask the staff questions may be useful.
