Not sure how old any of you guys are, but I find these days, if I want to "have two goes," so to speak, I need longer than an hour. It doesn't seem long ago that I could finish three of four times in a one hour booking! I could manage with 30 mins I suppose, but I wouldn't feel like it was anything particularly special.
