Good quality venue, plenty of space. Lounge/ kitchen dounstairs for socialising and the bedrooms upstairs for the action.
Area is okay, located on a bus route, near Olympia. Like any part of London you need to be careful when out at night and, unfortunately for me, I was assaulted on the way back to the tube by a group of youths. Thankfully, nothing was taken but a black-eye and other cuts and bruises took the shine of a lovely evening.
