Had agreed with Francesca via the agency what I was looking for in our meeting in terms of services I was looking for. Double checked with her at the beginning of the appointment to confirm and she said all was fine. Half an hour into the booking I suggested we go for the services requested and now she has my money she says no I don't do that, I only provide said service to regulars! I thought hang on what's going on here and obviously I was being mugged off. Decided to not continue with the appt as what I was looking for war now not available. Waste of time and money.
