Located towards the Exeter end of one of this small Somerset town's main streets. Free on street parking is usually available somewhere near the small cinema within 200 yards, going away from town. There is also a pay and display car park just around the corner. The entrance is through a clearly marked green door, which, though easily observed can be entered quickly into a small lobby. This automatically triggers a bell which will result in you being admitted into the cosy reception and waiting area. It has seating for up to four clients. Because of the efficient way in which Katie and her daughter Vicky run the establishment, she attracts high quality staff and lots of clients. The seats are usually occupied. Be prepared to wait for up to an hour. To compensate for this juice or beverages are provided whilst you wait. There are three working rooms, two of which are large exotically furnished rooms equipped with excellent showers.
