In fairness she told me on the 'phone that she had just moved in and that she was working on the house. It was rather more in need of 'work' than I imagined - no carpets/curtains/etc - so I decided to abort the appointment as I did not feel comfortable, sadly the environment matters greatly to me. I'm sure Dee will soon get to grips with paintbrush and have it looking nice - and I'll have no hesitation returning.

I had to put an amount in the default box for submitting this report - but Dee was very good and didn't ask anything for the time she 'wasted' getting ready for me.

Dee looked lovely and my decision to 'abort' the appointment is no reflection on her at all. She took my decision well and reacted with great politeness, in fact she was extremely pleasant throughout.

Debbie (lady who runs the agency) bent over backwards to ensure I was happy, but sadly my busy schedule prevented me from seeing any of her other ladies. I felt really well treated and it certainly gives me great encouragement to return and try again (possibly tomorrow).
