It looks like typical escort prices in London are around the £200 mark for an hour. Then there are agencies that have girls all in the £600+ range.
Is it worth it? Are they any different than £200 girls?

Since I wouldn't be comfortable carrying that much cash, do any of these high-end places take credit card, and are they legit? The only one I could find was dolls and roses, but can't find any reviews for them.

What exactly defines high end? Higher rates, operating from expensive hotels? You see a lot of girls advertising as high class. What does it mean exactly? It means nothing more than they're trying to get you to part with more of your hard earned I imagine. You still see negative reviews for more expensive girls.

No idea but some sites call certain ones elite that many times means 3 things

1. Tall model wannabe
2. Russian
3. Wants 3 times as much cash and still charges extra for cim cif etc etc

Personally i would never book one of such as the pure greed is a right turn off !

Just out of interest any one here spent 600 pounds or more on one hour and thought it was worth it ??

Its not just about what budget one has its about if its worth it
Yes many of the super expensive ones look good on the photos
But they also look arrogant lots of times and also charging 3-4 times going rate

For a greed example one joined agencies about a week ago
£600 and cim £100 extra 2 days later i check agency sites again not for her but in general

I think escort agencies should put a cap on what escorts can charge,no more than 600,that is high enough.I have noticed some escorts are charging £800 for an hour on agency barracuda,far too much money.

Rates like that i find almost offensive. I mean yes everyone can and shall charge what they want

After a run of pretty poor experiences with £200 escorts, I did go for 2 £600 escorts (including Sophia, mentioned above), and they were amazing.

I don't know that you're getting anything extra for the £600, beyond an increased likelyhood they're actually attractive and nice. Sometimes you get lucky and find that in a £200 girl. But it seems to be rare these days.
