The support at the time was confusing, and it was only later I discovered I'd had symptoms of PTSD yet no-one ever asked or checked out. It was all about finding the culprit, gaining a conviction, and making sure I took steps to improve security.

Yes a conviction was obtained successfully.

Yes I was affected, yes I was scared to sleep at night - every twitch or noise I was quaking.............

Can you imagine what it would be like opening your door, masked man running in blocking your exit holding a large carving knife?You can't get out and don't know what he's going to do, what he wants?And of course you are female..................

I am really sorry to hear that Ruth,he is a lowlife coward to do that to a woman,i would loved to have seen his face when the judge handed down his sentence.I just hope this traumatic experience asn't affected what you do in your daily life.I think you have done self defence classes and i know you go to the gym often.Doing any physical activities/sports is good for building confidence and makes you stronger and fitter.

Years ago somebody very close to me was raped.She lost a lot of weight,withdrawn,wouldn't eat or talk.It was obvious she was having a nervous breakdown then one day i got it out of her.Where i come from we do not involve the police in fact they are hated in my area,we sort our own problems out and we despise grassers,have had all this drilled in me from my days at the comp,anyway i hunted this guy down and put him in hospital for 6 months,everything was going through my mind what this scumbag did to her and i just belted the shit out of him even harder,it was like i was possessed by the devil,it did change my outlook on life how such bastards can take pleasure in humiliating others.

I was told an hour ago a pregnant woman was stabbed and murdered in London and the baby was delivered at the scene and now in critical condition,i cant take hearing stuff like this i choose not to read newspapers or watch the news on tv.

I did not mean it in that way Ruth,i really meant it in the mentality of how people are where i live.It is a lot different in the areas in my area many social problems anti social behaviour,high crime,stealing,drugs etc.

When i have contacted escorts on AW they usually reply back quickly,if i hadn't have had a reply i would have left it a few hours and tried again.

I have actually retrained and did infact get to a point where I had to choose, but I wish to stay on as an Escort. I don't want to quit I get too much from it and not just the money, so for now I stay.

That "rogering" comment was a joke lol.

True they ask for decent money a few even for crazy money
So they should also give decent service as long as the customer

Ruth i could not see one of those main agencies in London not reporting a crime comitted on an escort (i would be disappointed if they did).An agency like Hamiltons i just couldn't see it,tbh.They are well respected so too Bijoux,Allure,UK Sugar Babes,Blue Monday and Blue Velvet.

Ruth what is UKNSWP/NUM.

All i did and wanted was easy comms,turn up for bookings,have great time with escorts and bugger off back home lol.

I don't consider it a shame, the support and advice on SAAFE about a whole range of topics is great incredibly useful. In the last few days I was alerted to an issue with an advertising site, which could have had a serious impact on my business as well as that of many others. The issue was worked through and resolved, it's a great resource on all fronts really helps me and some of the suggestions have helped outside of work too.

The warnings are simply one aspect which just makes one of the reasons to use it.
