AW - no one replies to messages

OK I get that we are in a form of lock down but even before back in Feb, no one has ever replied to me using that AW email system. Why could that be? Not said anything offensive just polite enquiries.

Assuming you haven't sent a "Are you available?" type message it could be many reasons, person doesn't use the AW messaging system to arrange bookings, they have accidentally deleted the message, or just don't like the look or sound of the email. Do they have a phone number, assuming they don't stipulate not to phone - for example some request only SMS txt then give them a call directly.

I reply to all AW messages so I know it is quite possible, I may not however receive as many messages as someone younger, more popular or in a city. On the other hand I advertise on quite a few different websites, platforms, even printed word so I am fielding quite a few different types of contact at any one time.

I would say find someone who does answer, and or consider phoning.

You don't say how many emails you have sent; certainly won't get anything like 100% as escorts have days off, don't look when they have enough for the day, see something that annoys them such as ignoring their request not to ask something like do you do bareback, can I pay less or asking something already mentioned in some part of their profile.

The thick skin is sort of what I meant - just not analysing or taking it personally, moving on. Has reminded of the times when I contact service providers and companies in other businesses, different responses, so quick, some never, some don't check junk mail (I know this isn't an issue with AW messages).

escorts have lives....maybe they're not really working over lockdown. some are,but most don't seem to be.

I have sent maybe 15 messages over past 5 months. Have only sent to those not displaying numbers. And nothing sleazy. Just polite role play enquiries. Im not too fussed really as not looking to punt at this moment. Just finding some women i like so can pursue once lockdown is over (rather than just eased!!)

Out-of-the-blue roleplay enquiries may score more misses than something like asking which area of a town she is working from; not answering is easier than saying I don't such and such a role. And you may have been asking some profiles managed by Sergies (pimps) who can;t be bothered.

Last suggestion - don't bother compiling a list of possibles while not punting as the scene changes so rapidly even in normal times and your 15 possibles could whittle themselves down 2 and a half by the time you return to active punting.

I would say if no phone number they aint working. Any profiles with no phone number I ignore

Did you check last signed on date on their profile?

maybe the subject of your emails is off putting or you're messaging escorts who're not working at the moment. Coventrypunter is right, check the last signed in on date on their profile, if they've not logged in for a while, it's not likely you're going to get a response

Yes I found this and it led me to Vivastreet where you get to message the mobile directly and know that if you don't get a reply then move on.
Unfortunately with Vivastreet there is no option for a hotlist or ways to save a advert for later viewing.

Yeah, I've said it before but just avoid vs.

However if a number is being displayed on AW, you also have the option to phone or text according to the contact preferences.

One problem I have with VS is the accessibility of the 'SMS' text button at the top of the advert, leading to lots of SMS texts from people who haven't read the profile - they just send off a text.VS is known by advertisers as generating a large amount of low quality contact, something I am aware of myself. I just have to be patient and sift through the enquiries. A template text response or two is useful.

By the way no problem with people wanting direct contact to get the details, it's the manner in which an enquiry is made which causes the problem.

Text or phone escorts is the better option.

I think that a lot of girls probably get bombarded with texts, seen a lot of profiles that say 'I don't reply to texts' phone is better if they've got it shown

Text can be really difficult (same for email too) if the enquirer/sender doesn't put everything into one (or two) messages. Also easier for me to go through how I work, how to book, t&c, does and don't verbally. If I don't go through that people miss it or can say they didn't read it. Sometimes texters also turn into 'chat', which once it has started becomes to them quite casual. Also drunken texting can become an issue. After a period of replying to all texts individually, I am now going back to ignoring quite a few and/or sending a template providing website link, advising I don't use text for enquiries please phone.
