What's happened to punting. Been away for ten years, trying to arrange meets but phones are never answered and Aw messages never get read or replied too. no agency's in my area so independents only. And most of the woman I've been interested in have terrible reviews.

This issue has been covered extensively here over the past year, RumSailor, and I've posted a fair bit about it myself. I can well understand your frustration bordering on despair at the current situation, which is dire. The two main factors that changed everything were covid and Brexit. Either one would have hit the escort industry and its clients hard. Both happening at the same time has been disastrous. The perfect storm, as you mariners might say.

Covid led to a mass exodus of lovely Poles and other Eastern Europeans, who wouldn't take the risk of carrying on working and simply went home. The new rules on Brexit ending freedom of movement, which came into effect at the beginning of 2022, means they can't easily get back in. Some may. But why would the majority bother going through the required hoops when they can jump on a train and just go to other parts of Europe. They're gone, and they're gone for good.

The third negative factor appears to be the steep increase in the number of fucking idiots who'll shell out two quid a minute to watch some bird touching her twat on a webcam. It's crazy, but what can you say?

So what we are left with in this small city is not 100 lovely Poles but maybe 30 women who have seen better days, to put it most kindly. A lot better days. Viva Street in particular but Adultwork also no longer even try and pretend to post genuine photos. Every single one is liable to be fake, or else an old photo of a female taken 20 years ago.

Some of us can't give up. The urge keeps returning now and again. But I've posted on days when I've had experiences like you when I have given up. It's just not worth the hassle when the best outcome is likely to be an expensive encounter with some old brass rolling in fat.

I did have a very good day recently after making the trip to an Edinburgh sauna and posted about it. But in truth out of around a dozen or more this year around here that's the only one I recall as being any good. The rest, below average, poor or terrible. I do not view this lightly. It's a dire, dismal disaster. Retirement would be so much brighter and livelier if the golden days would return. But that's not going to happen and there's absolutely no light at the end of the tunnel. Your best option would be get back on the high seas and return to those rum soaked ports where there are women aplenty, because it's going to remain an arid, barren desert around here.

It would appear that I’m actually really lucky to live in an area where I have at least 7 fs parlours within an hours drive of me (I haven’t been to all of them.) Plus all the massage parlours.
