Starting an Escort Agency in 2023?

I'm looking to start a brand new escorts agency and i just need tips on hiring new girls.

Is it a good idea to start an escort agency in 2023?

Not unless you have a really special niche that has not been tapped into. There are over 300 London Escort Agencies and that is just a rough guess.

Totally agree what's your Unique Selling Point:

One that keep Ladies loyal to you and avoids them doing private jobs?

Clients, what can you offer that other can’t perhaps some unique ladies, see above!

Then merging the ladies preferred working hours with those when the clients want them. You don’t want to turn away clients but if a lady wants to finish at 8 and you persuade her to do an 11 o’clock and she then offers a poor service that’s you reputation gone.

Easy to see why many agency’s fail, it’s an harder job than many expect.

So true Oudle 12 or 14 hour days 7 days a week its not as glam working for an Escort Agency as people think

To be honest, it doesn't really matter how many agencies are out there. What matters is who appears on page one of Google, and these days, that varies considerably. There are loads of agencies like ours for example, that all have the same girls for goodness sake, but we do very well because we invest in our online presence. If you are starting a new agency, it depends on two things in my experience: where you are operating, and how much you can afford to invest in your online presence. And this is not just advertisements, it means investing in the very best website development, servers, SEO specialist and many more things. It's not a cheap business to run if you want to be successful. Too many people open agencies and just expect that people will find them.. Sadly that doesn't hapen. You have to spend a lot of money to make a lot of money. Then the girls will come to you!

I had a look there at a London agency Babylon posted a link to, "Olina". From Babylon that means it's totally genuine with real up to date photos. Compared with what we have out in the sticks it's little short of breathtaking. Stunning Asian women with full profiles, every one drop dead gorgeous. £150 an hour, and if they were available here I would willingly pay double that. I really would. The same goes for SexyAsianEscorts. As I've said before you guys in and around London DO NOT KNOW how lucky you are. It's a long haul and I've said it before but I've gotta make that London trip.
