Please don't ask if my photos are genuine...

Unlike RumSailor in his understandably frustrated "I give up post" I've not given up, but it's been nearly two months now since I last saw an escort, as opposed to being told to fuck off by one before I'd hardly opened my mouth on a call, and the edge has definitely gone off. Which in the circumstances is probably a good thing.

Setting aside advice to use legit and reliable agencies, not an option here, it's still VS or AW and nothing else around here. Of the two, I'd say AW is more reliable right now. There are few if any glamour model stunners pics on AW in this area. Fair enough. The downside is that while more escorts post probably genuine photos, I'm looking at them and saying: "And it's £150 an hour for you?"

OK, at least you probably know what you'd get, but what you'd get you don't want. Not for half the price. Escorts would say: "You complain about fake photos so here are genuine ones, and you're still complaining." Punters would say: "OK, your photos are genuine, and thanks for that, but you're way overpriced and too fucking ugly." It's not easy to get a win.

Plenty ads on Viva Street here just now, around 60, though a lot of them duplicated. But as difficult as ever to work your way through them. What seems like a long time ago I posted, "Surely video ads can't be fake", only to get a very convincing reply as to why videos usually ARE fake. That killed off that hope.

So to words used in the profiles. I'd say: "Photos 100 pc genuine" can at all times be dismissed as meaningless.

Other phrases I've seen, not often but now and again: "Genuine photos, check by tattoos."

And a couple of times: "Photos genuine, if not you don't pay." These last two sounded more convincing. But at the time I didn't check them out.

And today I came across a newish twist from a pretty escort. At the end of her profile she said: "When you call please don't ask if my photos are genuine. They are up to date and REAL." I was quite impressed by that, rightly or wrongly. That very emphatic tone sounds sorta convincing. Enough after two months to make an appointment. I'm not giving up. But of course I have been fooled before.
