Not the most luxurious but clean and ok for purpose. Room very hot.

Small petite lady from Japan...so I was told, but could have been anywhere. Absolutely no English spoken so everything was sign gestured.

The whole experience was a let down. Not being able to talk meant there was no connection and difficult to set out what was required except by crude gestures.
The massage was great and was almost worth going just for that part, but the remainder of the time was functional rather than memorable and there was no enthusiasm from her for more than the basic massage.
I did feel very uncomfortable that she was not that enthusiastic and not being able to talk a little in English, so I do not intend to visit this place again.
