The postcode given is a house or flat on a housing estate. At the time it was dark, cold and wet. I didn't get to see inside.

The Story
I'd booked via the telephone, which all went well and had been given a postcode to go to. Google Maps said my journey would take an hour and we arranged a 4.30 appointment at 3.35, so I jumped straight into the car.
On arriving (at 4.26!) I found a voicemail on my phone from five minutes earlier asking me to ring. So I did. Apparently she wasn't expecting me, but would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. She said she'd text me the exact address when ready.
After 20 mins I sent a text message. After 30 mins waiting I rang again, which was answered and hung up without saying anything. Further phone calls just got "phone is turned off" message. So I sent and email and an AW direct message, but no reply to those either. After another 10 mins I started the trip home.
A wasted afternoon.
