This is becoming something of a pattern with AW advertisers.
I booked in the morning for the evening. At the time I asked if she wanted an AW booking and she said no because she had no Internet. With hindsight that should have been a warning sign. So I asked if she wanted me to do anything else of just arrive at the time of the booking and she said "Yes. No problem".
Fast forward to 45 minutes before the booking and I get a text asking to let her know if I'm not coming. According to my phone it takes me 24 minutes to reply (I'm driving to the hotel, and don't text and drive) during which time she's booked someone else in my place, so I arrive at the hotel to find I'm being called "a messer" and being told it's all my fault.
