Angelica (for that is her working name) is on the London Road out of Hemel between Two Waters and Apsley. It's a first floor apartment in a terraced house and is really rather nicely decorated and maintained. I didn't try the shower but the washbasin and toilet were scrupulously clean. There's a relatively spacious living and sleeping area and the bed is fine.
I suggest parking by turning off London Road into Durrants Hill Road, and after the traffic-lighted river crossing use the Apsley car park immediately to the left. Cheap as chips!
Get Angelica to tell you more precisely where to go after that. I was on the London Road as I attempted to hear her but the traffic noise made it extremely difficult to hear what she was saying.
