Good looking, lovely smile, much plumpier that picture size 16 +, blonde hair, DD natural B's

Extremely unpleasant, Appalling personal hygiene, stinking down below

booked 2 hrs, couldnt tolerate the odour..asked her to wash below...happily agreed, no better, agreed to cancel and refund the second hr, but wanted taxi fee 50 though i booked the previous night.
No clue as what she is doing...eager on money..no previous experience

The nice guy who runs the agency said I should have asked him before booking, as new recruit, But the description in the website says "a must for gentlemen looking for womanly experience" whatever that means!

I found this agency excellent and reliable in the past...clearly they know nothing about their new recruits and use us to sniff and tell them...dissappointed...i guess time to move on...wont come back as unreliable

The agency writes:

I can only apologise to the gentleman concerned.
Our regular clients are fully aware that we try to maintain rigorous standards with our ladies.
Unfortunately as we do not operate a ' working interview ' system that many other Agencies do we cannot be aware of hygiene matters when it comes to ' down below '.
The images of Lacie as with our other girls are entirely accurate. It is clear that she is plump. No attempts were made to make her appear to be a size 8. The word 'womanly' was used to infer that she is a larger build than our usual ladies. Different clients like different shapes and we try to cater for that.
Lacie has been informed of the comments. If this occurs again she will be leaving the Agency.
I always advise clients to ask for recommendations but this was Lacie's first booking so we had no way of knowing how she would fare. We can forgive her being tentative but not hygiene problems.
I cannot defend the overcharging of the gentleman. I was unaware of the issues when he cancelled the second hour. It is usual practice amongst Agencies and independents to charge for such cancellations as the apartment and girl is booked for that period. However, given the nature of the issues i will refund the gentleman the ?50 if he books again. He has previously had exceptionally good experiences with us and as a valued client i am more than happy to compromise in this circumstance.
