Reasonably safe area outside a small, busy industrial estate. The house felt grubby as did the bed. The bedroom was the only room in the house with furniture; a bed and a wardrobe. All the areas I walked through to the bedroom looked virtually derelict. Little bit nervous that there may have been a "pimp" somewhere and possibly a tall one!
