Parking situation is okay however your privacy may be affected, as she needs to come and pick you up at the main entrance of the building once you text her you arrived, with the risk that other neighbours could see you.
The flat is passable but very hot inside with no fresh towels, water and hot drinks provided, although it was stated in her website.

I arrived at her house right on schedule. When picked me up at the main entrance, she didn't greet me, nor smiled at me. Once inside her flat, she just asked me to hurry up and give her the money. I could have dumped her just for the way she said it. Despite stating on her website that water, hot drinks and clean towels will be provided, she did not do any of this: her flat was very hot, she grabbed a bottle of water but she did not asked me if I needed anything to drink too, due to the heat.
She didn't say even a word and avoided all eye contact during most of the meeting. She had an awkward attitude, it seems that she didn't feel like doing it, except for money.
Once the meeting was over, she rushed me while packing up my stuff and almost she slammed the door in my face.
I found this girl weird, rude and unprofessional in general.
I didn't enjoy the meeting because her attitude could turn anyone off or even make the customer feel tricked.
Can't recommend her.
