Reported so many times before, often by me. Good parking, and the lift up - once used to it - is perfectly OK. On this occasion, I was directed by friendly receptionist Julie to the best room in the shop - refurbed a year or two ago, with sumptuous drapes and mirrors in the ceiling and all round the circular walls.
