Erotic studio is clean and safe, security buzzer gate in operation. Shower facilities, various rooms; 2 large rooms and 2 smaller rooms. On street parking via street meter and a secure patrolled car park around the corner pay and display type. The room I was offered was a large room at the top of the stairs, well decorated, clean and well let; stereo up and running for back ground music and a tv/dvd for erotic movies etc.
