These parties are held in a large, spotlessly clean house in a side road in a good residential area. On street parking, 2 mins from a bus stop.
There are 5 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a room with a sauna and Jacuzzi. Plus large kitchen and very large lounge area. It is a perfect party house.

Plus at different times there were 2 couples- a middle aged lady who was keen to play and later a young couple where it was the girl's first party and she was happy to be watched but wanted to stick to her young man. Maybe next time she will get more involved.
