Off the main road and in a nasty looking alley. In truth, all the alleys around Chinatown are pretty grotty. Bins and rubbish everywhere. The place can be a little difficult to find is bisected by 3 bigger streets. I started somewhere in the middle, walked up the wrong way, then back to the starting point and still could not find it. Took a minute to realize yet another part of the street was further down. The parlour itself is down a steep flight of stair, at the bottom of which is a rather nasty looking gate. The type of thing you'd expect on a prison cell. Buzz the intercom and the gates unlock.
