Town House in a quiet residential area. Close to Underground and Rail stations. Clean and tidy. Shower room/toilet clean with an ample supply of towels and bathrobe. The parties take place on ground floor in a room with three large beds, a swing and armchairs. Drinks and light refreshments are available in the room. Changing room and shower room are on the lower ground floor.

The parties are advertised as having six girls with a maximum ratio of 2:1 male to female. On this particular occasion there were four ladies and seven gentlemen present. This was my first visit to the Phoenix Club but I had attended a "Lady Marmalade" party in the past and the arrangements were similar.

All four ladies were delightful - attractive, friendly and very willing. All were keen to have all the gentlemen join in and I felt comfortable and relaxed and very much enjoyed the two hours. I was pleasantly tired at the end of the party and left with a smile on my face.

The website gives full information about the club, the parties and the arrangements so there were no surprises. Communication was excellent and very helpful. My train was delayed so I was running a little late but had informed them and there was no problem when I arrived. Valuables were held securely for me and I was able to change and shower without any hassle! The organisers are efficient and courteous and I felt safe and secure in the venue. An important point is that the house was very clean. I felt comfortable walking around in bare feet! I had the opportunity to enjoy a great deal of "fun" with three of the ladies, though regretfully only managed to have a brief chat with the fourth. All were charming, very attractive and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. I found, as has been mentioned by other reviewers, that there was no hesitation from any of the ladies when it came to having fun. Indeed, when I took the occasional break to rest and recover energy I was soon called back to join in the fun.

The other gentlemen present were well mannered, polite and good humoured. The banter towards the end of our time was humorous and interesting - especially the (very) brief discussion of existentialism!

I can't quite think why I left it so long since my last exploration of the party scene and I am sure it will not be long before I return. It was a most enjoyable experience and represented very good value for the share of costs charged.
