The Premises
Basement flat in Earls Court terrace a few minutes walk from the tube station.There are two rooms available,I opted for the smaller one. Both are amply equipped.Bathroom also available. Was given a soft drink on arrival.

The Story
I initially met Sarah in the big room which she entered full of life, patting the bed to indicate that I should sit next to her and explain what I wanted.
