I was greeted by a sleepy (went to bed 6am) young lady (looks nothing like the photos on website), possibly because she had no make up on at all and her hair wasn't brushed. I was made to feel unwelcome and intrusive. The conversation was limited and one way. The encounter was brief, very mechanical and the rules set by Jul particularly rigid. I couldn't wait to get out and left within 30 minutes. Not at all what I was expecting, based on previous reviews. Very, very disappointing!
