Discreet entrance off one of the main roads in Loughborough. Neighbourhood appeared very safe and lots of parking about, I chose to park at the nearby train station. Met by a very friendly receptionist and asked to have a seat in a nice clean seating area. Area is closed off from the stairs up to the room so no contact with other punters can be made.
