Pleasant ground basement flat in West London, funnily enough the same flat where i had seen Maya from the same agency two weeks previously. Discreet entrance and spacious inside. Lovely helpful lady from the agency (Susan) who reassuringly recognised my voice but initially gave the wrong address - 'avenue' rather 'gardens' which made me a little extra late for the appointment
