Simple, clean, sparsely furnished basement flat in a good area just round the corner from Gloucester Rd tube.
Be careful, entrance is about 10 yds along Ashburn Place from Harrington Gdns NOT the basement entrance on the corner (as instructed by agency) which is very seamy.
