Bunnies is located in an old single storey converted builders unit, for the rates charged to the punter it's a bit ropey to be fair. Rooms are tiny with no windows or ventilation and consequently it's extremely hot and smells rather unpleasant, like a sweaty sports changing room! On the positive side, the staff are very friendly and polite and it's situated in a very safe residential area.

Roxy is a lovely girl, mixed race, petite figure, pretty face, gorgeous bum. She's extremely good at her job and appears to genuinely enjoy what she's doing, smiling, chatty, friendly and wicked! 10/10

I paid for a GFE with CIM.
