as Indigo says, Manyana is on the opposite side of the A38 road to Sainsburys, in A4040 Oak Tree road. Its quite a step down to Manyana was. it was next door but one to the Selly oak centre, a big fake Tudor building Google street view has the builders in, a skip out the front and a big hole in the front yard. dated 2017.
